The explosion in the colony on the territory of the occupied Yelenovka could just be a cover for Russian war crimes.
Independent OSINT-researchers conducted their analysis of satellite images published on the network of the territory of the Olenovsky colony, where more than 50 prisoners of war were executed, and came to new conclusions. In the photo, experts noticed fresh graves that could have been dug before the explosion in the correctional institution. This was stated by Alexander Oliver, according to Bellingcat.
Old footage shows that the POWs were housed in the main cell block away from the collapsed building, which appears to be outside the inner perimeter. Experts believe that the Russians could have dug these graves a week before the explosion.
If these are graves, this is further evidence that this was a pre-planned Russian war crime, says Oliver.
According to him, graves can be dug in prisoner-of-war camps, but this particular case speaks of the true intentions of the infidels to execute the fighters.
I believe that the POWs may have been killed prior to the explosion, which was later used as a front to accuse Ukraine, the researcher wrote.
Recall, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk said that the Russian Federation does not respond to the demand to return the bodies of the killed Ukrainian military prisoners in Olenivka. In addition, the invaders refuse to let representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross into the territory of the colony.
