Beijing announced its intent to take steps to suspend or eliminate non -Tariff restrictions introduced in response to the actions of the United States.

It is noted that from August 12, 2025, the suspension of duty will last for an additional period, while the collection of the remaining 10% of the fee will continue.
China also expressed its willingness to take steps to cancel or suspend non -countermeasures against the United States, including the introduction of American companies to the “black list” and the export limit of rare elements. These obligations complied with the agreements reached in May of this year in Geneva.
