The President of the United States of America Donald Trump announced the exchange of territories between Ukraine and Russia.
He stated that the Russian Federation seizes most of the Ukrainian territory, but the States with partners “will try to return part of this territory back to Ukraine.” He added that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski allegedly told him that he should get a “constitutional approval” for the exchange of territories. Trump said this on August 11 at a press conference.
I was a little worried about what Zelensky said: “Well, I should get constitutional approval.” “That is, he has approval for war and murder, but he needs approval for exchange of territories, because there will be an exchange of land resources. I know this from Russia and from a conversation with everyone, ”he said.
The owner of the White House also indicated that the meeting with Putin would still take place on American territory. He called the arrival of the dictator in the States “great respect.”
I think this is great respect that the Russian president goes to our country, and not to us or even the third country, ”he said.
In addition, Trump said that the next meeting will already be between Zelensky and Putin or in a tripartite format – with the participation of the US president himself.
He noted that he expects a good meeting with the owner of the Kremlin, which will allow you to move on.
One of them will happen: there will be a good meeting, we will take a step forward. I would like to see the ceasefire very quickly, I would like to immediately, but I would like to see it very quickly. We will deal with European leaders, we will deal with Zelensky. And I hope that we will have a great success, ”he said.
Trump also explained that Zelenski was not invited to Alaska because he “went to many meetings for more than three years, and nothing happened.”
