Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny released a video of the combat work of the American M270 MLRS in the war.
He posted the corresponding video on his Facebook page.
The Armed Forces are grateful to our partners for their unwavering support and assistance,” the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine commented on the video.
As you can see in the video, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are working with the help of the M270 MLRS on the composition of infidels.
At present, according to various information, our military is armed with nine M270 MLRS units received from the allies – Great Britain, Norway and Germany.
The MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System) M270 system operates on the tracked base of the Bradley infantry fighting vehicle. It has two separate launch containers and, in accordance with the layout of the missiles, a different number, range and ability to defeat the enemy. Each container can be equipped with six or one rocket. This MLRS is universal in use.
Smaller missiles can have a cluster part (maximum range 32, 45 and 70 km). The most powerful ATACMS missile will fly up to 300 km.
