Russia’s forces in the war against Ukraine have been exhausted, added the head of the British foreign intelligence service MI6, Richard Moore.
The Kremlin is in despair – the Russian army has lost tens of thousands of soldiers and is using Soviet-era weapons. Britain’s Ministry of Defense wrote this on Twitter.
“Their outdated missiles are killing and maiming innocent Ukrainians. Russia will not win this unjust war. The UK continues to support Ukraine,” the tweet read.

Earlier, former CIA director David Petraeus said he considered it possible for Ukraine to return territories seized by Russia during an all-out war.
