“All the penalties that limit Russia help the world. All the weapons that strengthen Ukraine help the world. All the political steps that separate Russia help the world,” Zelensky emphasized.
The President thanked everyone in Europe and the world that, along with the United States, improved the protection of the Ukrainian sky, the front and all efforts for peace.
Remember, on July 14, Trump promised to introduce “very strict tariffs” against Russia if a worldwide agreement in Ukraine was not reached in 50 days. This period later was reduced and the deadline was now August 8.
Recently, in a conversation with journalists, Trump cited a possible introduction of US sanctions against Russia, although he expressed doubt about their influence on Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
