A 40-year-old nurse from Kherson was punished for imprisonment in life, transferring FSB to Ukrainian military personal data. This was reported by the SBU press service on Wednesday, July 30.
The defendant was noticed by the FSB when the anti-Ukrainian comments were published on the telegram channels.
The agent collected personal information about Ukraine fighters when filling their medical cards, and then “combined” his curator.
Also, during medical procedures, he tried to “sprinkle” the location of military facilities in the direction of Kherson from patients.
The court found his guilt in the State infidelity under part 2 of art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Earlier, Chernihiv was sentenced to 15 years in prison for cooperation with Russian intelligence services. He sent data to the Ukrainian military and made a sabotage to the railroad, trying to break the infrastructure.
