The deputy head of the Umansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Cherkoy Region has released a disability each day.
The officers of the General Prosecutor’s office sent the first court to the illegal acceptance of the prosecutor’s disability status. This was announced by prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko on Telegram on Wednesday, July 30.
According to him, on July 31, 2020, the deputy head of the UMAN District Prosecutor’s Office of the Cherkoy Region received the doctor’s opinion in a satisfactory state of health. However, on the same day, the chairman of the Cherkoy Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission No. 2, has received a full package of documents and receiving the II Disability Group.
During the pre -trial investigation, the prosecutor was fired from the administrative position. The General Inspectorate of the Office of the Prosecutor General filed a complaint with the Qualification Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors about his dismissal from the prosecutor’s office. Continues tests in other cases.
Remember that in Ukraine 445 decisions of the Medical and Social Expert Commissions (MSEC) have been canceled to promote disabilities among officials.
The prosecutor’s bodies still have 484 prosecutors with disabilities, 41 – removed his own free will.
