The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky updated the rules for delivery of the Shevchenko Award. Now every year you can mark up to 13 laureates.
The decree also indicates the conditions of participation. Yes, the award will be awarded the creators of new original works published over the past five years, but no later than six months before their nomination for the National Prize.
According to the new document, up to thirteen bonuses was accepted annually in the expanded list of nominations:
- prose
- poetry
- Literary research and art research
- Journalism and journalism
- Musical art
- Concert -and art
- Theatrical art
- Movie
- Visual art
- Photo art
- Decorative art
- Design (by type that will determine the award committee every year)
- Creative curator of cultural and artistic projections.
