Nazariy Khusakov was in absentia suspicion of fraud at the charity meeting.
According to the investigation, he, having the official free provision of the drug for the treatment of atrophy of the spine muscles as part of the city program, continued to raise funds, presumably for the purchase of the same drug.
In total, during 2023–2024, he took possession of the funds of citizens totaling more than 1.3 million.
Nazariy Gusakov is currently outside of Ukraine. The preliminary investigation continues.
His charitable campaign was accompanied by active information support through social networks, telegram channels, online platforms (PayPal, Buymecoffee, etc.) and with the participation of public people and flu, which contributed to the distribution of the training camp.
According to the city council of Lviv, he received the aforementioned treatment during the collection for free.
The funds raised were not fully used for their proposed purpose, but were mainly aimed at personal needs, gambling and cryptocurrency investments.
On the evening of July 23, Nazarya Gusakov published a video, where he reported his place of residence and current health. The appeal was published after the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko announced that in the coming days the LVIV activist from SMA will be informed about the appropriate suspicion of fraud and washing money.

Khusakov has atrophy of the muscles of the spine (SMA) and is collected for treatment for treatment. On June 18, users on social networks were asked to provide reports. When he could not do this, he was accused of abuse of Donati. Gusakov himself said that he agreed that he should open separate accounts for meetings and collect checks for expenses, but he had no suitable experience.
At the end of June, the police conducted searches in case of possible fraud for raising funds for Gusakov.
