Three of them reported suspicion under part 3 of Article 152 and Part 4 of Article 186 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (rape made by a group of people and theft combined with violence). The maximum penalty gives 12 years to prison.
As for the young crime participant, which is 13 years old, the issue of applying legal mechanisms is currently resolved, as he has not yet reached the age at which criminal responsibility comes. The pre -trial investigation continues.
