The prosecutor’s office accused the Hungarian of participating in an armed conflict without the consent of the Hungarian authorities.

According to the persecution, the man went to Ukraine in April 2024, went through some day -to -day training and joined the unit performing battle and intelligence missions.

Currently, he will be charged with an “illegal set by joining a foreign armed formation.”

The prosecutor’s office filed a movement to conduct the process in absentia and the appointment of imprisonment, as the location of Hungarian was unknown.

This is not the first case. In February, the Budapest Prosecutor’s Office requested that another Hungarian fought for Ukraine would be jailed.
