The delegation of Ukraine will be headed by the secretary of the national security and protection of Rustam Umarov. He has already announced the implementation of the second meeting with the Russian Federation in Istanbul and the agreement on a new meeting in the near future. Zelensky announced this on July 22 on Telegram.
The President noted that Kyiv is ready to work as productively as possible for the release of citizens from Russian captivity, the return of stolen children, as well as the termination of the murder.

Earlier, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that on Wednesday, July 23, a new round of negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation in Turkey may take place.
