Verkhovna Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk has already signed a parliament approved today, July 21, bill No. 12414, which eliminates the independence of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (Nabu) and a specialized anti -corruption prosecutor (SAP).
The relevant information is indicated on the map of the bill on the website of the Council.
Thus, now the bill has already been submitted to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
We will recall that the council today with the votes of 263 people supported in the second reading, bill No. 12414 “On amendments to the criminal procedure of Ukraine on the features of a preliminary investigation of criminal crimes related to the disappearance of rights, in special conditions in the conditions of the combat law” in which it was introduced.
