The occupiers’ reconnaissance teams are trying to find defense weaknesses in the settlements of the Luhansk region. This was announced on July 29 by the head of the regional military administration, Sergei Gaidai.
“On July 28, the Russians fired four missiles, used cannon, rocket artillery and mortar 13 times. Enemy reconnaissance groups are trying to find weaknesses in our defense, clarify the positions of Ukrainian troops. They are attacking from different sides. They used aviation several times,” the governor said. .
He clarified that the Ukrainian military repelled six enemy attack attempts, retreating with defeat.
Gaidai also spoke about the life of the occupied cities and villages of the Luhansk region.
“Kremennaya, Popasnaya, Rubezhnoye, most of them, were captured three months ago. Since then, not a single ATM has been installed in these cities, and those that survived after the Russian invasion are not working. No one is trying to reprogram them. The situation is similar in Lisichansk with Severodonetsk,” stressed the head of OVA.
There is no talk of opening banks.
“The pensioner voluntarily shares his personal data with the occupier and does not know if this cash will be given after the so-called referendum in September,” he said.
The invaders could not restore not only water, gas and electricity, but even elementary – Internet connection for the banking system.
“Money circulation is at the level of the Soviet “savings bank”, Gaidai summed up.
Earlier it was reported that the occupiers were able to gather 500 children for only one school out of four that advertised the job in Severodonetsk.
