On July 21, the information space in Ukraine filled the news of investigations for employees of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau. We are talking about searching, detention and announcement of suspicions.
At first it became known that SBU and OGP have searched for NABU and SAP. Reason: detectives with Russia are possible. One of the head of the inter -regional departments of NABU Detectives Ruslan Magameddrasulov, his father in the Russian Federation was detained. SBU claims to be a treason.
Subsequently, NABU said that at least 70 searches lasted at least 15 Nabu employees.
They noted that the basis for searches in most cases is the participation of individual officials in the accident, and some employees are accused of possible ties with Russia.
In parallel, SBU initiated an unplanned test of state secrets. SAP said that the audit was organized during the period when Nabu and SAP management are on an official foreign business trip.
In addition, the management of the prosecutor’s office against corruption added that these measures can lead to information about unspoken investigative actions within the framework of numerous criminal proceedings, which are currently investigating Nabu and SAP.
In response, SBU said that their employees do not receive access to information about all unspoken and operational measures, as well as special operations carried out by Nabu and SAP.
They added that the SBU check does not provide for the content of such documents as a whole.
Against the backdrop of searches conducted by SBU, the State Bureau of Investigations announced the announcement of the suspicion of three employees of the anti -corruption bureau for the commission of an accident. According to the sources of “Ukrainian truth” in law enforcement agencies, we are talking about accidents that occurred in 2021 and 2023.
In the first case, a law enforcement officer, leaving a short road in Kyiv, collided with a car that drove along the main road. After that, the militia car collided with a random pedestrian. From the injuries of the victim, the leg was amputated.
In another road accident, a law enforcement officer on the highway in Kyiv -Klaiasa during a passing car did not choose a safe speed and went beyond the road. His car rolled over and went to the gas station. The passenger of his car received numerous fractures and injuries.
In the third incident, a law enforcement officer in a service car collided with a pedestrian at the intersection in Kyiv. The victim was injured in moderate injuries.
All three reported suspicion of violating road safety rules, they threaten them up to 8 years in prison.
In response to the information of the State Bureau of Investigations, information about suspicion of three Nabu employees about the facts of participation in traffic accidents reported that in 2021 three separate traffic accidents (two events) and 2023 (one event) occurred.
In each case, Nabu employees immediately after the event provided victims called ambulance and informed the relevant authorities. This was properly registered and confirmed by the conclusions of official investigations conducted by the Nabu Internal Control Department.
Employees did not use the official position in their favor, did not try to avoid responsibility, but, on the contrary, contributed to the maximum establishment of the circumstances of the events and provided all the necessary explanations and documents at the request of the investigation.
Due to these circumstances, it seems incomprehensible both to carry out mass searches for the facts of events that occurred two to four years ago, and initiating requests for precautions in the form of non-alternative detention. At the same time, requests for the removal of all three employees were submitted, despite the lack of risks of influence on the investigation.
In addition, when lunch, it became known that law enforcement officers detained the “moles” of the FSB of the Russian Federation in the ranks of NABU.
This is an employee of the central office of Nabu, who allegedly works in a closed D-2 unit. SBU claims that he spy on the Russian special service.
According to the investigation, his activities were killed by the deputy head of Yanukovych Dmitry Avantsov, who in February 2014 helped the expansion to escape to Russia. In total, the information delayed at least 60 times with limited access to IvantSov.
In addition, the person who participated in the FSB was the electoral data of the Ukrainian security forces and other citizens against whom the enemy planned terrorist attacks and special information operations.
