SBU holds a check for compliance with state secrets.

This morning, the Security Service of Ukraine without the official warning provided for by the current legislation came to the specialized anti -corruption prosecutor’s office with a verification of compliance with the legislation on state secrets, the report said.
As part of the audit, SBU employees gained access to information about all unspoken and operational measures, as well as special operations performed by Nabu and SAP, added to SAP. – The check was organized at the time when the Nabu and SAP management is on a business trip.
SAP emphasizes that these measures can lead to information about unspoken investigative actions within the framework of criminal proceedings, which are currently under investigation of Nabu and SAP.
We urge SBU to strictly comply with the rules of the current legislation in order to prevent the “merger” of information and the breakdown of the investigation of leading cases of corruption initiated by Nabu and SAP, SAP added.
We recall that earlier today the media reported that SBU and the Office of the Prosecutor General are conducting a “special operation to neutralize Russian influence on the National Anti -Corruption Bureau”.
