Two teen-partisans awarded posthumously

The President of Ukraine has signed a posthumous order awarded by the Order of Freedom Tigran Ogannyan and Nikita Khaanganv.

President Vladimir Zelensky posted awarded the sequence of independence of the two Russians to the conquered teenagers of Berdyansk-partisan Tigran Oganenesian and Nikita Khaanganv. This is proven by the command of the head of state of July 19

Tigran Ogannisian and Nikita Khanganv on May 24, 2023 were accused of the Russian Federation Investigative Committee of “Sabotage” preparation on the railroad. The case was prepared for the court, the Russian Federation planned to judge men for 20 years in prison.
