In May 2025, TCC employees took part in the transportation of mobilized citizens from training centers in the western regions to Kyiv. It is noted that:
- A soldier of the Shevchenkivsky Criminal Code is suspected of abuse of official powers that caused the emergence of serious consequences made in martial law (part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to 12 years;
- Deputy Head of the Criminal Code of Podilsky is suspected of deliberate non -power of a criminal crime committed by subordinates, which caused serious consequences committed in martial law, that is (part 4 of Article 426 of the Criminal Code). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to 10 years.
