That is how you need to react to the strengthening of Russian blows in the cities and villages of Ukrainian, says Vladimir Zelensky.
The new package of penalties in the European Union against Russia has been strengthened. The entire infrastructure of the Russian war should be hindered. It was written by President Vladimir Zelensky on Telegram on Friday, July 18.
“The European Union’s decision, where we all worked actively. It was possible to make the 18 -18 -pack of sanctions against Russia for this war, and now the package has been approved. Thanks to everyone who helped,” the state leader said.
Zelensky thanked European Commission president Ursulu von der Layen, all the leaders of the European Union, the President of Eurorada Antoniu Koshtu, as well as Denmark “for the really strong beginning of the EU presidency.”
“This is the right decision, and now it is necessary to react to the fact that Russia has made a more cruel blow to our cities and villages,” he emphasized.
According to Zelensky, 18 punishment packages continue to force the Russian tanker fleet, and not only the vessels themselves, but also the captains of the shadow of the Armada and the company that helps to operate such financing of oil cost killings. This tick will continue.
“The European Union also introduces a tighter Russian oil price restriction – about $ 46 per barrel. We will cooperate in contact with other world partners so that the priskup will actually cut Russian revenues. It is possible. We already know how to break it,” the President emphasized.
Separately, Zelensky noted the European Union’s decision to ban any transactions related to the Northern Stream system, the construction of which was part of Vladimir Putin’s preparation for a whole war.
“The entire Russian war infrastructure should be locked. We quickly prepare the synchronization of European penalties in Ukraine and also prepare new solutions about penalties -both at the level of partners and the Ukrainian jurisdiction,” the head of the state completed.
Remember that 18 penalties were planned to be adopted a month ago, but Slovakia blocked this process. However, on the eve it was learned that Bratislava had agreed to approve 18 packages of penalties because he received a written guarantee from the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Layen.
