According to the investigation, he provides devices at night vision, and in the official documentation indicates that they are lost in battle conditions. In fact, he ordered his subordinates to hide the territorial equipment.
The defendant refused to say where the military’s ownership was stored, but the GBR was discovered by a cache with missing devices on one of the warehouses.
Currently, the Deputy Commander is in the guardhouse.
He was told to assign military ownership, which was made in martial law conditions using an official position under part 4 of Art. 410 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The penalty of the article provides for imprisonment for up to 15 years.
They also reported suspicion to the unit commander who knew exactly about the crime, but did not accidentally report him. He is suspected to deliberately pursue a criminal offense and failure to submit a pre -trial investigation message of the actions of a subordinate under part 4 of Art. 426 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The penalty provides up to 10 years in prison.
