In LVIV there was a case of mass poisoning in one of the restaurants on Voronaya Street.
As of 22.00 yesterday, July 16, medical medical institutions turned to 43 people, three of them. This is reported on the provision of the service of the region of Lviv.
The criminal proceedings were opened as part of the first part of art. 325 (violation of sanitary rules and rules for the prevention of infectious diseases and mass poisoning) of the Criminal Code.
The sanction of the article provides for a fine in the amount of 1 to 3 thousand non -minimum income of citizens or arrest within a period of up to six months or restriction of freedom for up to three years or imprisonment for the same period.
Currently, the circumstances of the measures, the appointed exams are established, a preliminary investigation is being carried out.
Yesterday, the owner of the Chinese restaurant Hello in Lviva, Misha Katsurin, on his page on the social network Instagram said that he had poisoned in his own restaurant in Lviv and reached the infectious chamber. At that time, he knew about the 11 wounded visitors of the institution.
The previous hypothesis – eggs and egg cream in desserts on July 14 and 15, ”he said.
Katsurin said that the victims would pay for treatment and promised to get rid of all products in Chinese greetings, regardless of the results of their SANSTATION verification.
