Subsequently, Trump said that the help would be restored.
The publication writes that the funds for a new assistance package will proceed from the fund, which Congress approved last year on the presidency of Joe Biden and allows the Pentagon to transfer weapons from the US Armed Forces. This fund has about 3.8 billion dollars.
