Chinese spies have collected secret technologies for the production of Ukrainian missiles “Neptune”.
Counterintelligence SBU detained two PRC citizens in Kyiv, who tried to illegally take secret documentation on the Ukrainian missile system RK-360MC “Neptun”. This weapon is intended to damage the fire of all types of warships and landing ships, and it was Neptune that the flagship of the Black Navy of the Russian Federation, the Moscow missile cruiser, destroyed. The Security Service of Ukraine reported this in Telegram.
Investigators found that a 24-year-old student of one of the technical universities of Kyiv was a spy. He remained in Kyiv after he was deducted during the academic failure in 2023. The second agent was his father, who lived in China, but periodically visited his son in Ukraine.
It turned out that the former student had to get technical documentation for the production of Ukrainian “Neptune” and tried to hire a Ukrainian who was associated with the development of the last Ukrainian weapon.
The Ukrainian intelligence service revealed a spy at the initial stage of its intelligence and detained “on hot” while the transfer of secret documents for him. He also detained his father, who had to transfer secret information to Chinese special services.
The detainees were informed of suspicion in the framework of the first part of art. 114 (espionage) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. People threaten up to 15 years in prison with property confiscation.
We will recall that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decision on sanctions against five Chinese companies that Kyiv believes that he is participating in the supply of Russian components for the production of weapons. International Trade of the Central Asia Silk Road, Suzhou Ecod Precision Manoufactoring, Technology Shenzhen Royo, Shenzhen Jinduobang technology and Ningbo Blin mechanism appeared in the correction list.
