The German government has officially not confirmed that this list, the cost of which is billions of euros, really exists.
Ukraine sent Germany a huge request for military assistance. It covers air defense systems, ammunition for them, armed engineering vehicles and other equipment required for Ukraine’s armed forces, according to the German BILD edition and the German analytical assistance of Ukraine (GAU) analytical account, which monitors the provision of assistance to Ukraine Berlin.
According to the newspaper, Ukraine provided Germany a list of the necessary armed forces of armed forces, ammunition and equipment. Sources of publication in the military and politicians have confirmed its existence. But officially, Germany has not confirmed that this list, which is worth the billions of euros, really exists. The government refers to security issues that do not allow you to disclose sensitive information.
“For military security reasons and considering the new direction of the federal government’s communication communication to support Ukraine, we do not answer such questions,” the Ministry of Defense representative was told to the publication representatives.

“The Ukraine assistance budget in 2025 increased by 1.2 billion euros compared to last year, from 7.1 to 8.3 billion euros. Therefore, it is possible that the Ministry of Defense of the Boris Pistorius has financially freedom to fulfill some of Ukraine’s preferences,” the publication suggested.
Meanwhile, Gau’s note that the request for air defense systems has been satisfied, since the end of May a Ukraine signed a contract with Germany for providing four Iris-T SLM units as part of a five billion euros.
Remember that this year Germany will provide Ukraine for military assistance for 7 billion euros. But it is also considered the provision of another 1.9 billion euros.
