In the past 10 years, there have been no significant turbine maintenance complications, Siemens Energy said.
Siemens Energy said it had not received any reports of damaged Nord Stream turbines from Gazprom, and therefore assumed all turbines were operating normally. This was reported by Reuters.
“The maintenance of our turbines is and remains a routine procedure. In the last 10 years of maintenance, there have been no significant complications,” Siemens Energy said.
It was previously reported that the repaired Siemens Energy turbine for the Nord Stream gas pipeline left Canada for Germany on July 17.
A few days later, it became known that the turbine for the Portovaya compressor station was sent by the logistics company Challenge Group to Cologne on July 17th. However, it is not yet clear when the turbine will be returned to Gazprom – it could take from a few days to a few weeks.
