US President Donald Trump canceled some sanctions of Syria, which led to the exclusion of some Russians and Russian companies from black lists.
In particular, the list of sanctions was excluded by Kirsan Ilyumkhinov, the former president of the International Chess Federation and the former Republic of Calmics, who was accused of supporting the Syrian regime Bashar al -Assad in 2015. The sanctions were also withdrawn from his banking “Russian Finance Alliance”.
The restrictions were removed from the business bank and bank banks, as well as from Tempbank and some of its leaders and members of supervision.
The cancellation also influenced the state company Rosoboronexport, which is part of the state corporation Rostec.
In general, according to the appointment of the Department of Monitoring of Foreign Assets of the US Department of Finance (OAC), the sanctions were withdrawn from:
- The state company “Roboronexport” (the only state mediator in the export/import of weapons);
- Federal State Enterprise “PromSyrieMPort”;
- Business Bank (Russian branch of the Iranian Bank Mellie Iran) and RFK-Bank;
- Global concepts of groups, Global Vision Group, “Stg Logistics” (daughter “Stytrangaz” “Palan” Putin, oligarch Gennady Timchenko), marine assistance.
