Egypt “is ready to contribute to achieving a fair and sustainable world” in Ukraine, the Ukrainian state leader assures.
On July 2, President Vladimir Zelensky conducted negotiations with the Egyptian leader of Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, where parties discussed strengthening bilateral relations, the support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and the creation of a food logistics hub. The head of the Ukrainian state announced it on Telegram on Wednesday, July 2.
“He talked to Egypt President Abdel Fattah Al -Sisi. We were able to discuss many important topics, we would develop relationships between our countries,” Zelensky said.
In a conversation, he expressed gratitude for the support of Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty. He noted that Egypt could see the efforts of Ukrainians to end the war and “ready to promote the achievement of a fair and sustainable world.”
Parties also discussed the creation of a food logistics hub in Egypt and the globe for the development of bilateral cooperation. We will work with the turnover increase.
“We have come to teach our teams to begin preparing a trading agreement preference and will hold a meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission,” the Ukrainian president added.
Remember that earlier foreign minister Andrei Samiba conducted negotiations in the Egyptian capital.
