In 2022, a third of the graduates were not registered for the National Multi -Subject Test (NMT), which was mandated for entry into Ukrainian universities. This indicates that students choose a choice at foreign universities. These are the results of RAI for the Ukraine Research Program, the NG.Media reports.
It was noted that in 2022, 23.5 thousand graduates of Ukrainian schools passed NMT abroad – it was 10% of the total.
And 32% of eleven grades were not registered at all for testing, which was mandated for entry into Ukrainian universities.
According to the CO -Author of Tatyana Zakharchenko’s study, it indicates the loss of applicants.
“We understand that graduates abroad can pass this test in the event of a limit,” he said.

Many graduates of Ukrainian schools passing the NMT have selected the higher educational institutions in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and other countries.
In general, in 2024, 197 thousand students were received by higher education institutions, the lowest in the last 9 years.
