The European Union will return to the discussion of the 18th package of penalties against Russia after Slovakia organized with the European Commission the question of leaving Russia’s fuel. “It doesn’t matter to discuss this before the EC representative’s visit to Bratislava. The package is primarily a go -up. However, Hungary and Slovakia blocked EU’s decision on the 18th package of penalties.
