Over the past few weeks, dozens of train workers and suspected saboteurs have been detained in Belarus.

In Belarus, partisans are paralyzing rail communication – they are destroying railway infrastructure and blocking railways. This was announced on Thursday, April 7, by the state television channel Belarus 1.

The media said that in this way the partisans intended to prevent Russia from transferring troops, weapons and equipment to Ukraine to continue the war.

Belarus’s Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that they recorded more than 80 acts of “terrorism and sabotage” on the railroad.

“All the attacks have a similar style,” the law enforcement agency insisted.

In an effort to find the culprits, Belarusian security forces over the past few weeks have detained dozens of railroad workers and suspected saboteurs. They face up to 20 years in prison.

Recall that a detachment of partisans was created in Ukraine, which, in addition to the military, included hunters.
