“In accordance with the criminal scheme, the company owner, using the company that controlled and registered with the EU, bought a set of aviation from manufacturers and subsequently sold at prices overstated 2-3 times.
The assistant to the current deputy, in turn, provided communication between participants in the criminal conspiracy and contributed to the non -paying payment under the finished contracts, “the report said.
