Three employees of the state’s Innovative Financial and Credit Institution, overseas, illegally received more than 2 million salaries.
The deputy chairman of the State Innovative Financial and Credit Institution will be judged by a waste of more than 2.2 million UAH. The officer has signed documents for paying a salary to three employees overseas and has no right to work remotely. This was reported by Kyiv police on Thursday, June 26th.
The report noted that three employees of the State Innovative Financial and Credit Institution during 2022-2024, while abroad, received accruals, despite not issuing business trips and at all could not work outside the country due to lack of organizational and technical capabilities.
Despite this, the suspect, who at that time served as acting chairman of the Department of the Department, signed documents based on which employees received funds from the state budget.
The officer is aware of the suspicion of losses of budget funds by abusing the official position under part 4 of art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The penalty of the article provides up to eight years in prison.
