The country’s permanent representative in UN Dani Danon thanked US President Trump for his role in achieving a cease.
Israel is “determined to retaliate” in violation of Iran’s ceasefire. This was announced by the country’s permanent representative at UN Danon at a security council meeting, reported by the American Television Channel CNN.
He, following other Israeli officials, thanked US President Donald Trump for his role in achieving a ceasefire.
“Israel has faced a serious blow to Iran in its attacks on the matters of the Iran regime,” Danon said.
He also commented on the possibility of conducting diplomatic negotiations with Iran in words that are now too early to carry out them, but he believes “it will happen soon.”
Danon said it was too early to check the damage to Iran’s nuclear facilities, but he believed that “we managed to push Iran’s (nuclear) program.”
The UN ambassador also indicated that Israel was open to promote new relations with Arab countries.
Earlier, Donald Trump said Israel and Iran were in a truce, which should occur in 12 hours, after which the war was considered. On 7am, the ceasefire between Israel and Iran was said to have begun, subsequently, Israel officially confirmed Truce.
