President Vladimir Zelensky imposed the National Security and Defense Council’s decision on the application of sanctions against individual and legal creatures involved in the development and manufacture of drones in Russia, as well as penalties involved in detour circuits. The corresponding Decree No. 415/2025 was published on the Head of State website on Friday, June 20.
In total, there are 56 individuals and 55 legal creatures on the list. All individuals are citizens of the Russian Federation, among the legal creatures – six companies registering in China, one from Belarus. The rest are Russian companies associated with the military -industrial complex.
The new penalty package applies to the people involved in the development and manufacture of UAVS Gerani, Orlan-10, Supercam, FPV thrones, and suppliers of Alabuga Machineri LLC; Also, those who import and provide Sunsalide Ao Kronstadt components for the manufacture of bandrah; Also, those involved in the schemes of seizing penalties for importing double goods.
According to the Appendix in the command, in particular, restrictions as a blockage of properties, stolen state awards, restrictions on trade operations, preventing capital removal, suspension of the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations, and prohibition on the acquisition of land plots are applied.
The command begins on the day of its publication.
Remember, on June 19, Vladimir Zelensky held a penalty policy meeting. According to its results, the head of the state said Ukraine should increase the penalty pressure in Russia and its companions.
