All eight people have already been informed of suspicion in the framework of the 4th part of art. 191 (illegal assignment or seizure of property by abuse of the position) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They are threatened up to eight years in prison.
We recall that in Odessa, officials of the city council deployed almost 50% of budget funds allocated for the burial of Ukrainian soldiers. The criminal mechanism was that the equipment participants entered into contracts at high prices, and the resulting “difference” was distributed among themselves.
