According to the investigation, eight dating and current GP document officials were involved in the transaction organization, of which three were representatives of the leading link.
“They established a criminal mechanism for receiving money from their subordinates. For this reason, the defendants organized the accrual of” double “salaries to employees of the state -office -business office, sent to a branch of passport service to the EU’s neighboring country,” the report said.
According to the investigation, business employees received a salary in Ukraine, another of a foreign bank card for fictional services. Employees who received a double salary moved part of the money to the scheme organizers in the form of “kickbacks”.
During searches, attacks were obtained from opening accounts to foreign financial institutions and bank cards with evidence of transaction.
Eight dating and current GP document officials reported suspicion under an article about losses or seizures of ownership by abusing the official position (Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). They face up to 8 years in prison.
