The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court found the guilty expert in the regional council of Ternopil Mikhail Golovka in a request and receiving a bribe from a voluntary businessman.
He was sentenced to 9 years in prison with confiscation of all property.
He is also forbidden to hold positions in state authorities and local self -government up to three years.
Before the entry into force of the sentence, he was applied to a promise of 15 million US dollars.
During the announcement of the sentence, the head became bad, he was priority.
The verdict was approved by the judge of the Higher Antorud Markyan Galabala.
We will recall that in June 2023, NABU and SAP exposed the then chairman of the Ternopilian regional council of the head and two deputies of the Ternopilly eggs of Demunchuk and Igor Gaiduk – in the UAH statement and receiving 600 thousand UAH bribery.

Golovko is a member of the Freedom Party before he became Deputy Rakkhovna.
