The European Union is preparing a stronger penalty against Russia than those in the United States.

The French leader added that Canada, Japan and Great Britain have “strictly fixed” their positions in the EU regarding it.
“In our opinion, it has changed the situation, because we will be allowed to return Russia to the negotiation table, as President Trump asks for,” President Macron said.
Earlier, the media reported that the EU had changed their mind to reduce the ceiling of oil prices from the Russian Federation, which should be a major step in the last package of blocks against the Russian Federation.
