Already nine drivers have limited the right to direct the car from the violations of the military rules of accounting this year. Almost all decisions made were made by the district court of the city of Novograd-Volin in the Zhytomyr region. Since the beginning of 2025, 59 more cases of a driver’s license were examined in the courts, from a violation of military accounting.
According to Opendatabot, at least 59 court cases on restricting the right to drive a car from a violation of military accounting rules this year.
In January 2025, the court first satisfied the requirement of the Tax Code and deprived the driver of the ability to drive a car, but such decisions increased. A driver’s license was selected until colleagues comply with CCC, or if this requirement is withdrawn.
It is worth noting that all decisions, with the exception of the first, were adopted by the district court of Novograd-Volin in the Zhytomyr region.
The courts of the decision in such cases are completely impersonal – they do not indicate the parties in the process, which does not allow you to check this matter.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 17,000 proceedings have been opened in the united state register of debtors for violation of military accounting rules.
Typical violations of military accounting rules in Ukraine include:
- The inability to appear on CCC, in particular by calling, to clarify the data;
- evasion of the military medical commission (VLK) or mobilization measures;
- Later, the presentation of information about the CCC on changing the place of residence, work, position, education or marital status;
- violation of the order of training or classes;
- The inability to fulfill the obligations by the employer to preserve military registration of employees and timely reporting;
- the inability to provide the necessary documents, buildings, vehicles or other property during mobilization;
