Ukraine completed the repatriation of fallen defenders by rail.
Today, Ukraine completed the repatriation of dead defenders by rail. This made it possible to deliver the bodies of the fallen Ukrainian defenders to institutions in different regions in an accelerated mode. Further identification of bodies and other measures will be additionally identified. This was announced on June 15 by the Security Service of Ukraine.
A special service emphasized that at the next stages of exchange the bodies of the dead will be used by road transport. This is ensured by the agreements reached in Istanbul.
It is noted that the current events were attended by representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross, who highly appreciated the organization of repatriation of the fallen defenders of Ukraine. According to them, the repatriation took place at the highest level, and all international practices are also provided with worthy soldiers.
We recall that on June 15, 1 thousand 200 years of the dead at the next stage of repatriation measures, according to agreements in Istanbul, were returned to Ukraine. Another 1 thousand 200 bodies were given on Saturday, June 14.
