Supervisory Board Prat HC Kievgorstroy has assigned Svetlana Samssonov to the acting chairman of the company board. This was reported by the company’s press service.
“Company management considers it is necessary to immediately ensure open communication with investors and potential partners. That’s why Svetlana Samsonova’s meeting with authorized representatives of the initiative groups of investors of the company’s LCD projects were planned for June 17,” the report said.
Earlier, Samsonova held the position of vice president and member of the Kievegorstroy board.
As you know, the shareholders of the Prat Holding Company Kievegorstroy at a general meeting on June 13 will consider the decision on an additional issue of sharing to increase the authorized capital of 2.56 billion UAH.
According to the Information Disclosure System’s Information Disclosure System, an additional issue of simple registered shares at 10.24 billion pieces of nominal value of 0.25 UAH each will be carried out at the expense of additional cash contributions without a public offer and no investment company.
The elevated fund aims to increase the authorized KievegoGorstroy capital of 2.56 billion UAH.
Remember that Kievgorstroy’s supervisory board was appointed chairman of the company’s President Vasily Oleinik.
It is also reported that the group of companies and directors of one of the societies approved Kievgorstroy’s ownership of more than 282 million UAHs were revealed.
