Law enforcement officials announced the international channel for the construction of psychotropes from Germany to Ukraine. During searches, ten -ten kilograms of packaging drugs and equipment were seized. It was reported by the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Friday, June 13.
The group includes three men, including the arrangement, as well as two of their accomplices. Currently, everyone has reported suspicion.
According to the investigation, the suspects established a channel for the supply of psychotropic components from the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine through international mail.
The forbidden ingredients came to Kyiv, where they were carrying the garages. Next, the “goods” were sent around the city for sale. For this, team members attract the accomplices stored, brought and sells narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
About 30 kg of cannabis, 4 kg of hash, psychotropic components were seized: 1.5 kg of ketamine and 1 kg of MDMA, drug packaging, mobile phone and money.
Three participants in an organized group will be charged with a smuggling of psychotropic substances and illegal transportation, storage, manufacture and sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in especially large sizes according to part 3 of art. 305, Part 3 of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, two other accomplices – helping to sell narcotic drugs made by an organized group under part 5 of art. 27 h. 3 tbsp. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Currently, all the suspects are confined without the right to make a promise.
