Claboer Valentin Ribin, who is part of the leadership of the administration of the occupation of the Russian Federation in the left bank of the Kherson region, was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

It is noted that Rybin is currently headed by the so -called “Organizational and Legal Department of the Ministry of Information about the Kherson of the Russian Federation”, which coordinates the subversive activities of the local bulb of the Kremlin.
SBU claims that:
- Before the start of a full -fledged war, the attacked was a lawyer with Viktor Medvedchuk and Anatoly Sharia, who recently received 15 years in prison for treason;
- Subsequently, Ribin went abroad, where, through his page on the social network, Facebook called on Ukrainians to put his weapons in front of the racists;
- After a short stay near Ukraine, the attacker arrived in the temporarily captured part of the Kherson region. There he received an offer from the local Ginter to head the occupation authority for informing against Ukraine;
- After the “appointment”, the employee joined the Putin party “One Russia”, on behalf of which he repeatedly called on local residents to support the invaders.
Based on the evidence collected by investigators of the Security Service, Rybin was found guilty in the framework of the 5th part of art. 111–1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (joint activities). In addition to a deliberate conclusion, the court appointed confiscation of the convicted property, they said SBU.
Since the attacker is hiding from justice in the temporarily busy part of Ukraine, complex measures continue to hold him accountable added to a special service.
