The Tax Code stated that on June 4, in the afternoon, the Roman of Deputy was stopped at one of the checkpoints in the Chernivtsi region to verify documents and “invited to clarify the Armed Forces in 1 Department of Dniester RTC and JV”.
He had no right to postpone the military and was declared suitable for military service. In the premises of the platoon of protection, 1 department Dniester RTC and JV (not a basement) was waiting for departure. There were no illegal actions against a citizen and representatives of CCC and JV, they acted within the framework of the law. On June 5, the military was enrolled in the team, and in the evening left the TCC and JV department. The next day, he arrived in a certain military unit for the service in his specialty, noted in the Tax Code and added that deputy complaints were checked, the corresponding decisions on officials would be made by the command.
