In Dnieper, two local residents were detained in Hot Pursuit, who blew up a car with a prosecutor on the task of Russian special services.
They were informed of suspicion of the commission of the terrorist law (part 2 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the suspects applied for a quick income in Telegram and were scored by representatives of the Russian special service.
Following the instructions of the curator, they laid a home explosive device in a certain place near the prosecutor’s car in one of the Dnieper. Subsequently, the explosive led was activated, and a remote observation and control device were installed near a terrorist attack.
As a result of the explosion that occurred on June 6, the owner of the car is the prosecutor.
During a special operation, prosecutors, together with SBU and SUN investigators in the region, established the involved persons in hot persecution and detained them in art. 208 CPC of Ukraine.
During the search, mobile phones and various SVP components were removed from men.
The court filed a request for the choice of preliminary detention.
