Ukraine will receive 1.3 billion euros for the “Danish Model” for the manufacture of weapons in 2025. Some of these funds are from revenue from the frozen ownership of Russia. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense on Thursday, June 5.
Thus, at a contact group meeting with Ukraine’s defense of Ramstein format, defense minister Rustem Umarov discussed a colleague from Denmark by Troles Lunda Pulesen Danish model.
“The first tranche is 428 million euros from Denmark, Sweden, Canada, Norway and Iceland. The money will come to the manufacture of Ukrainian weapons in the near future: artillery, shock drones, rockets and anti -tank weapons created in Ukraine for our Warriors,” the report.
Umarov noted that new strategic decisions are being prepared in the investment of Ukrainian companies in Ramstein countries and the expansion of European defense companies in Ukraine.
Remember that in 2024, Ukraine’s armed forces received weapons of nearly 538 million euros for the support of the “Danish Model” for the defense industry.
