In the world, more and more states are becoming “unfriendly” to Russia, according to Moscow.
The authorities of the aggressor country Russia for the second time this week expanded the list of so-called “unfriendly countries”. The islands of Guernsey, Maine and the Bahamas were added to the list. This was announced by the government of the Russian Federation on Sunday, July 24.
The Russian side explained that the islands of Guernsey and Man are on the list because they support the sanctions imposed by the UK.
And the Bahamas introduced a ban on financial transactions with the Bank of Russia, the Ministry of Finance and a number of credit organizations of the Russian Federation.
“According to the presidential decree, Russia, its citizens and companies, regions and municipalities with foreign exchange obligations to foreign creditors in “unfriendly countries” will be able to pay them in rubles,” said of the report.
Recall that in early March, the Russian government approved a list of “unfriendly states.” These include EU countries, Australia, Albania, Andorra, Great Britain, Iceland, Canada, Liechtenstein, Micronesia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Republic of Korea, San Marino, North Macedonia, Singapore, USA, Taiwan, Ukraine, Montenegro, Switzerland and Japan.
And that week, five more European countries were added to the “unfriendly” list.
