The U.S. Department of Justice plans to know how the ex-president intentionally forgives.
The United States Department of Justice will conduct an investigation to find out how Joe Biden decided to forgive some of his relatives and criminals who were convicted of death. Reuters reported it.
An old U.S. Department of Justice Department under US president Donald Trump, will begin an investigation into the forgiveness Biden has given in the last days of his presidency to family members and condemned the death penalty.
The investigation aims to establish whether Biden is “capable” to make decisions, and whether other weaknesses are used using autopen or other means.
Autopen is a device designed for an automatic signing spacing on the documents. Trump and his supporters convey various unjust allegations that the use of Bayden on this device during the presidency levels his actions or testified that he was not fully realized about these actions. However, it is unknown if Biden used autopen to approve forgiveness.
The investigation focuses on the preventive forgiveness Biden has given some members of his family, as well as forgiveness that rescue 37 federal prisoners from the death penalty, replacing their sentences for imprisonment in life.
Reuters does not exclude that the investigation is designed to raise questions about Biden’s health and mental clarity, which has been the subject of recent discussion after oncology recognition.
So far, there is no evidence indicating that Biden has no intention of forgiving.
The 2005 Ministry of Justice memorandum confirmed the legality of the use of autoopen subordinates to sign the President.
Remember that Donald Trump has arranged for his reality on the social network of his predecessor Joe Biden “killed in 2020 and replaced with clones or robots.”
