On June 1, the second round of the presidential election is held in Poland.
They choose between the representative of the professional government “civilian platform” Rafal Tashkovsky and Karola Navrotsky, who support the Party of Duda “Law and Justice”.
In the first round, the difference between them was almost 2% in favor of Tashaskovsky.
These are the first presidential elections in Poland after ten years of Andrzej Dud. They can determine the political course of Poland in the coming years, in particular in the context of relations with the support of the EU and Ukraine.
It is worth noting that both candidates support Ukraine, its independence and sovereignty, and the Kremlin leader Putin is convicted and is considered an aggressor.
Taskovsky called him the enemy of Poland and a fraudster. Navrotsky answered the debate about diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation that “no country should maintain diplomatic relations with such a bandit and criminal as Putin.”
